Job Overview
We are seeking a team of dynamic and energetic Set-Up Specialists for promotional events to join our team! We are looking for someone who can pick up, transport the assets. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, delivering, and setting up furniture, canopy tents, equipment, or other large items for our valued customers' events. Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work actively, and demonstrate physical strength while providing top-notch service. Whether you're loading & building assets, driving, or assisting with on-site set-up, your contribution will be key to our success.
Duties
- Safely load and unload items from point A to point B
- Drive your vehicles to deliver products to customer locations efficiently and responsibly
- Assist promotion management with the setup of delivered items, ensuring satisfaction and proper placement
- Conduct thorough route driving to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations
- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, demonstrating strength and endurance during loading, unloading, and set-up processes
- Communicate professionally with all team members to coordinate delivery and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Heavy lifting, loading/unloading, or equipment operation is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience moving, placing, setting up, tearing down assets/furniture
- Customer service background demonstrating professionalism and positive interaction skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and moving large items efficiently
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, lifting, and equipment operation is essential
- Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services is prefered but not mandatory
Must Have:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid up-to-date car insurance
- Own vehicle to move large items (SUV with fold down seats is smallest we will accept)
- Fluent in English language
Compensation:
- Will pay hourly rate for driving & set-up depending on difficulty.
