As a Primary Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping your loved one maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in their own home. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offering medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping duties and laundry
- Escorting your loved one to appointments and community activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in their condition
- Maintaining accurate documentation and timesheets
- Following all agency policies and Medicaid requirements
We’re seeking individuals who are:

Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass required background screenings
- High school graduates or equivalent (preferred)
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff
- In possession of reliable transportation (preferred)
- Experienced in caregiving (preferred but not required)
