Responsibilities
- Audit AI phone calls to evaluate customer interactions, identify issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Improve AI prompts and conversation flows to enhance customer experience and call accuracy.
- Test updates to AI assistants and verify changes before deployment.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improving AI performance.
- Create and maintain audit reports related to AI performance, sales, customer service, and operational metrics.
- Track trends, identify recurring issues, and communicate opportunities for improvement.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Organize and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative records.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements across departments.
- Monitor AI performance metrics and help ensure consistent service quality.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support daily business operations.
- Learn new AI tools, software, and workflows as the company adopts new technologies.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve both AI systems and business processes.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or in progress degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Previous administrative, operations, quality assurance, customer service, or data entry experience.
- Experience reviewing phone calls, chats, or customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Familiarity with CRM software or business management platforms.
- Experience writing prompts or testing AI assistants.
- Experience creating reports or analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of process improvement or workflow documentation.
