What your day might look like:
- Help future residents find their next home by touring the community,
- Lease apartment homes by selling the benefits of living at a WAK community.
- Always be selling-over the phone, through email and in person. You will be the subject expert on the product, the community and the area.
- Assist in generating leads via ILS leads, drive-by prospects or any other referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects.
- Assist in creating marketing ideas along with online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach and resident events.
- Assist in renewing residents.
- Maintain accurate files. Dot your I's and cross your t's.
Your skills-Show us
- Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years sales experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant or multi family environment.
- Strong sales with a desire to be the best.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer focused mentality.
- A polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions.
- Resman software experience is a plus.
