M & L Worldwide Logistics is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're a proven logistics sales professional who values long-term customer relationships over transactional selling, we'd like to talk with you.
This role is responsible for expanding our domestic and international freight portfolio, growing existing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities through consultative logistics solutions that create lasting partnerships.
Please note - this role requires up to 75% daily travel within designated sales territory. Territory for this position based in Tallahassee, FL includes Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and South Carolina.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current marketing/advertising trends and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Demonstrable business acumen and strong understanding of the sales cycle
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and strengthen relationships within an existing customer portfolio
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Leverage inside sales techniques to build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent contact and follow-up
- Exceed activity and performance standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals, and closes
- Provide documented activity reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Execute and monitor strategic and tactical sales plans to maximize revenue and profit and achieve/exceed targets
- Partner closely with internal customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers by serving as a trusted logistics advisor rather than simply quoting freight.

Pay: $50,326.00 - $63,444.00 per year
