Join our team in Reno as a Political Field Associate! No prior political or campaign experience required — we provide full training.
What You'll Do:
- Go door-to-door in assigned reno City neighborhoods having real conversations with residents about important local issues
- gather surveys using a mobile app
- Accurately log your daily activity and results
- Represent our campaign professionally and positively in the community
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable talking to strangers and walking several miles per shift, in all kinds of weather
- Reliable and able to commit to the full length of the campaign about 8 weeks
- 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
- No experience needed — if you've worked retail, food service, sales, or fundraising, you already have the people skills for this job
- Prior canvassing/political experience is a plus but not required
