Your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in-store, over the phone, and via email.
– Represent our company positively by greeting customers warmly and courteously.
– Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns promptly and efficiently.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
– Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
– Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
– Monitor inventory levels and help create backorders as needed.
– Prepare and send quotes for custom orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
– Keep the customer database updated with accurate information, notes, and correspondence.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
