Overview
We are seeking a caring companion/caregiver to support a 23-year-old young man with his daily living activities. Must be a dependable, compassionate and dedicated person who loves making a positive impact on someone's life. Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background in AHCA https://info.flclearinghouse.com. This is an employee position with CDC+ program.
Responsibilities
Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities, companionship and conversation. Ensure individuals' safety and maintaining a safe living environment while promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization. Also includes light housekeeping tasks/ running errands/ meal/snack preparation when it is needed.
Experience
Candidate must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background in AHCA.

Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support. Bilingual English/Spanish and previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Local candidates only.
Job Type: Part-time, M-F daily hours.
