The Brown Firm is seeking a compassionate and professional Bi-Lingual Intake Specialist to join our Savannah office. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building rapport through meaningful conversations.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will guide individuals through the legal intake process, providing a supportive and positive experience during what is often a difficult time. You will primarily handle inbound calls generated through our marketing efforts, including billboards, television advertising, and other campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients and gather relevant case information.
- Evaluate and quickly determine whether potential cases meet firm criteria for acceptance.
- Accurately document intake details and maintain client records.
- Send contracts to clients and open new cases upon receipt of signed agreements.
- Assist with data entry and administrative processing of client files.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the firm in a professional, empathetic, and client-focused manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bi-lingual Spanish speaking highly desired.
- Ability to build trust and connect with callers in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service related computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Previous legal intake or customer service experience required.
- Personal injury law firm experience is a plus.
