St. Louis Skin Solutions is a premier medical spa dedicated to providing advanced aesthetic treatments and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Experience Assistant to join our growing team.
As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will help create an exceptional experience for every patient who visits our practice. Working alongside our Guest Experience Specialists and clinical team, you will ensure patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for while helping maintain a smooth and efficient flow throughout the day.

Position Summary
The Guest Experience Assistant supports the daily operations of St. Louis Skin Solutions by providing exceptional hospitality, maintaining a welcoming environment, assisting with patient flow, and supporting the Guest Experience and clinical teams. This position plays an important role in ensuring every patient receives a seamless, luxury-level experience from arrival through departure.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Hospitality
- Create an exceptional, luxury-level experience for every patient from arrival through departure.
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
- Offer refreshments and assist with guest comfort and hospitality needs.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the St. Louis Skin Solutions brand and culture.
- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to an outstanding patient experience.
Guest Experience Operations
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception and common areas.
- Help prepare treatment rooms between appointments as needed.
- Support patient flow throughout the practice to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with stocking supplies, retail displays, and patient amenities.
- Monitor waiting areas and proactively address patient needs.
- Help maintain practice cleanliness and presentation standards.
Team Collaboration
- Support Guest Experience Specialists and providers with daily operational tasks.
- Assist clinical staff with non-clinical patient support activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Administrative Support
- Assist with basic administrative and organizational tasks.
- Support patient paperwork and intake processes as directed.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the practice.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, concierge, or guest experience experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, medical spa, healthcare, or customer-facing environments.
