Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in North Seattle. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting executives, coordinating schedules, managing business documents, and helping office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including correspondence management, call screening, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support general office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating events, and assisting with special projects.
- Review documents, reports, and communications for accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
