Security/Maintenance
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security/Maintenance person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Skills
- Strong conflict management abilities to effectively handle disputes or issues that arise within the facility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Type: Full-time
Pay: $15 an hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
