Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, guide them through our menu offerings, and create a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve drinks and menu items with attention to detail and presentation
- Be knowledgeable about bourbon, beer, and menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with restocking, opening/closing duties, and special events as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Available to work evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.28 - $24.42 per hour
