Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)
Clean/sanitize desk/table tops, door handles, restroom fixtures-
Cleans glass

Dusts horizontal surfaces, clocks, overhead screens, and blinds

Wet mopping of floors, spot cleaning of carpets and hard flooring

Assists with deep cleaning during break periodsstripping, scrub & recoat, carpet extraction, cleaning restrooms, glass, and furniture
-
Trash removal
-
Removes snow
-
Minor grounds keeping
-
Lawn mowing
-
Assists with delivery of supplies
-
Properly maintains equipment
-
Reports maintenance issues to Head and Lead custodians
-
Performs other duties as assigned

Cleans Restrooms

Must work days during summer
Physical Requirements of Position: (HBV X Yes No)
Ability to lift & carry up to 56 lb.
Ability to climb up to an 8-ft ladder and perform custodial task ie; cleaning light fixture.
Ability to climb steps and work on uneven ground
