Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hot Mop Waterproofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing hot mop waterproofing applications for residential and commercial projects and be capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Position Details
- Position: Hot Mop Waterproofing Installer
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday
- Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
- Location: Orange County / Southern California
- Start Date: Immediate Opening Available
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hot mop waterproofing experience
- Proven experience waterproofing:
- Shower Pans
- Balconies
- Decks
- Roman Tubs
- Water Fountains
- Ability to identify and correct waterproofing issues before installation
- Knowledge of local building codes and waterproofing standards preferred
Responsibilities
- Install hot mop waterproofing systems according to company standards and code requirements
- Prepare surfaces for waterproofing applications
- Measure, cut, and install appropriate waterproofing materials
- Perform flood testing when required
- Maintain quality control and ensure leak-free installations
- Safely operate hot mop equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and homeowners
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
✔ 2–3 years of verifiable hot mop waterproofing experience
✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
✔ Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
✔ Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
