We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. Looking for someone to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting, with a strong ability to renovate and maintain various surfaces. This role involves working on construction sites, utilizing power tools, and collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Renovate and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting and renovation.
- Follow safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential repaints, interior and exterior.
- Familiar with use of airless sprayers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting or standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
