Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain landscaping for residential and commercial properties
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Spread mulch, rock, and other landscape materials
- Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
- Perform lawn maintenance, edging, trimming, and cleanup
- Assist with grading, drainage, and other outdoor construction projects as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
- Ability to work well as part of a team
