We are seeking new SoGro team members who are passionate about hospitality and learning! In this vital role, you’ll learn the menu and SoGro standards while taking orders, running food, bussing tables etc. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our organization!
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the register
Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments (cash and card)
Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and correctly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
Assist with restocking supplies, packaging to-go orders, and general upkeep
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions
Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
