About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler with strong mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the final assembly and testing of custom-built equipment. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, using a variety of hand and power tools to bring precision and quality to every unit. Each product is unique and takes several days to complete, offering a rewarding challenge for those who enjoy hands-on work and variety.

What You’ll Do
· Assemble large equipment accurately and efficiently using blueprints and specifications
· Use hand and power tools to calibrate and install mechanical components
· Inspect and test completed assemblies, making adjustments or repairs as needed
· Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet production goals
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or construction
· Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment
· Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus
· Ability to lift to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, reaching, twisting)
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
· Forklift certification is a plus
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
