Job Overview
We are looking for Customer Service / RMA Support team members to assist with customer inquiries, warranty/RMA requests, and basic product support for our premium audio products. No advanced technical background is required, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist with warranty and RMA requests.
- Support basic product troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Perform hands-on product service and basic hardware repairs, such as modular component replacements and simple disassembly/reassembly.
- Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners for service and replacement processes.
- Help maintain customer service and RMA records.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Native English communication skills required.
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Customer service, technical support, or electronics/audio experience is preferred, but not required.
- A strong interest in audio, electronics, or technology is required, along with basic mechanical aptitude and comfort handling basic tools for device repairs (Expert technical skills are not required).
- Willingness to learn product service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
