Construction Laborer – Job Site Cleanup & Support
Beard Construction is hiring a dependable construction laborer to support custom home projects in Davis County.
Primary duties include job site cleanup, material organization, and protection of finished work during construction.
2+ years construction experience required.
Clean driving record required (company truck provided).
This is a physically demanding, hands-on labor position. We run organized, professional job sites and expect reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily job site cleanup (sweeping, shoveling, debris removal)
Protect finished surfaces and maintain organized work areas
Load and unload materials
Drive company truck between job sites
Support Superintendent with general site needs
Follow all safety and company standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Experience:
- Residential construction: 2 years (Preferred)
