What You’ll Own
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates & hiring managers
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Negotiate employment offers and close placements
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the X3 brand
- Search resume databases and proactively recruit passive talent
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Execute weekly outreach campaigns via email and text
- Conduct reference checks
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Support timecard processes alongside Accounting
- Coordinate talent with active and upcoming work orders
- Contribute to X3’s culture, energy, and values
What Makes You a Fit
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (full-cycle preferred)
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening & closing techniques
- Background in staffing, call centers, office management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Natural relationship builder
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ownership mindset — accountable, competitive, driven
- Fluent in English & Spanish

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
