Henry Smiles & J Robert Friedberg is seeking an energetic and outgoing Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team to work at our office located in Memorial area (I 10 & Bunker Hill). We provide high-quality care and an exceptional experience to patients.
Scheduled to Work 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) No Weekends.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Assist Dentist with all procedures, surgery, implants, fillings, crowns, etc.)
- Make temporary crowns.
- Take alginate impressions and pour/trim stone models
- Sterilize instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Greet patients with a smile
- Record medical history for each patient
- Perform digital X-rays on patients (Panoramic, Bitewings, Periapicals)Digital intraoral photography
- Chart existing and recommended treatment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Education & Background Requirements:
- 1 yr experience minimum required
- RDA License (Required)
- Current CPR certification (Required)
- English& Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Open Dental software (preferred)
