Overview
Mansfield & Mayo is seeking a Civil Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing a broad range of civil matters including litigation, transactions, and estate planning from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Handle civil matters at all stages of a case, including primary responsibility for assigned matters
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision
- Appear in court, conduct depositions, engage experts, and communicate directly with clients
- Draft, review, and advise clients on transactional and estate planning documents
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to develop legal strategies and resolve complex issues
- Deliver thoughtful, practical, and client-focused legal solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Active Nevada bar license required
- Minimum of 2 years of civil experience, including litigation experience in state or federal court
- Ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, strategy, and client communication
- Strong drafting, analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Sound professional judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Location / Work Arrangement
This position is based in Northern Nevada or Eagle (Treasure Valley), Idaho with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winnemucca, NV 89445
