What we are looking for:
~ Barista experience or time spent in a specialty coffee environment (preferred).
~ Experience with cashiering/using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
~ Used to working in a fast paced environment
~ Great at multi-tasking
~ Ability to recognize priorities within tasks
~ A team player with amazing customer service skills.
~ A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
~ A passion for coffee and attention to detail (bonus points if you can do latte art!).
~ Availability to work 3-6 shifts a week, including weekends (morning 7AM-1PM and afternoon 1PM-6PM availability is required).
What you'll do:
~ Take orders, engage with customers, and provide excellent customer service.
~ Assist with stocking and maintain store cleanliness.
~ Make our wide selection of hot, iced, and blended drinks properly with attention to detail
~ Demonstrate a willingness to take on more responsibilities.
~ Dials machine in and maintain consistent espresso extraction per CUPPi COFFEE standards.
~ Prepare and present drinks following our recipes and presentation standards.
~ Serve drinks and food to customers
