Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership grounds.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping assistance.
- Assemble, install, and repair equipment, shelving, and fixtures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
- Ensure the dealership remains safe, clean, and welcoming for customers and employees.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, handyman, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and working outdoors.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Full-Time
