We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in supporting our providers and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Full-time e available, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers.
- Perform basic lab tests, collect specimens, and manage lab documentation.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment.
- Provide patient education on care instructions and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in primary care.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records ECW(EMR) system.
- Bilingual in Russian and/or Turkish proficiency is a plus.
