We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality printed apparel and products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.
- Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs.
- Ensure print quality, color consistency, and accurate registration throughout production.
- Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot printing issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and routine shop upkeep.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous professional screen printing experience required.
- Experience with manual and/or automatic presses.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
