Compensation: $105,000–$215,000
A growing litigation firm with a strong insurance defense practice is seeking an Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. This hybrid opportunity offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated general liability cases, meaningful file responsibility, and a clear platform for continued career development.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated insurance defense litigator who can manage cases strategically, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver strong written and oral advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Defend clients in general liability litigation, including premises liability, automobile claims, and slip-and-fall cases.
Manage assigned matters from initial intake through settlement, resolution, or trial.
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery materials, legal memoranda, and other case-related documents.
Take and defend depositions and represent clients during court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
What’s Needed:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
At least two years of insurance defense or general liability litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, organization, communication, and case management skills.
