Noche Woodfired Grill & Agave Bar offers a culinary journey inspired by the vibrant heart of Mexico City. We are searching for an essential, high-energy Host/Hostess to be the first taste of our signature hospitality. You are the gateway to our unique dining experience. The ideal candidate doesn't just manage a list, they channel the vibrant energy of Noche, possess magnetic communication skills, and have a genuine passion for hospitality.
The Role
Your mission is to welcome every guest like family and orchestrate the flow of the dining room with flair and precision:
- Deliver a genuinely warm welcome that reflects the energy and spirit of Noche.
- Manage all guest seating, flow, and waitlists with efficiency and grace.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting our menus as the first step of their dinner.
- Curate and manage reservations using Toast POS system.
- Handle all incoming calls with polished phone etiquette.
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming host station at all times.
- Handle all guest inquiries with courtesy and professional composure.
- Serve as a key ambassador for the Noche brand, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in a high-volume, sophisticated food service environment is highly valued.
- Exceptional guest relations skills—you must be a natural communicator and charismatic problem solver.
- Fluency in restaurant technology; direct experience with POS systems such as Toast is a significant advantage.
- A proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy setting while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining is a strong bonus, but passion is paramount.
- Total flexibility to work peak Noche hours, including evenings, weekends, and certain holidays.
