As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations for high-quality commercial fit-out projects ranging from office builds, retail spaces, medical facilities, and corporate interiors. You will be the primary leader on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise subcontractors and crews on commercial fit-out projects
- Maintain strict project schedules and coordinate all trades (drywall, MEP, finishes, millwork, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract documents
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reports, and client communications
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and punch list completion
- Oversee job site safety programs and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Deliver projects that exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial fit-out / tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, finishes, and interior systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus
