BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to lead elementary-aged students in fun, structured sports programs throughout Alexandria City.
We are looking for coaches who have experience, or are comfortable leading, Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Chess, and Yoga. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a part-time, after-school-only position with short, predictable sessions, no lesson planning, and no weekend commitment.
Pay
- $25.00 per hour ($37.50 per session)
The Opportunity
- Part-time after-school schedule only
- Sessions are 1.5 hours each
- Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- No lesson planning required
- Curriculum and equipment provided
Key Responsibilities
- Lead elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Chess, and Yoga programs
- Follow BBA's structured curriculum and session plans
- Create a safe, energetic, and positive environment for students
- Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students
- Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

Requirements
- Must live or work within approximately 15 to 20 minutes of assigned schools in Alexandria City

- Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process. Fingerprinting costs are the responsibility of the applicant.
