Our firm is looking for a dedicated and driven Personal Injury Attorney with 3–5 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters. In this role, you will take ownership of a full caseload, including pre-litigation and litigation cases. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, drafting and filing pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and maintaining regular communication with clients and medical providers.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with our legal team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants autonomy, consistent case flow, and the chance to significantly increase their earnings through performance-based commission. Salary begins at $185,000+ depending on experience, plus commission.
Pay: $185,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
