We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position primarily focuses on cleaning vacant apartments, rental homes, and other residential properties to prepare them for new residents. Depending on business needs, the role may also include providing routine daily or weekly janitorial services at apartment communities and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we value a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments and homes for new occupancy.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common spaces.
- Complete daily or weekly janitorial services as assigned.
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness and quality.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and property management staff.
- Arrive on time and work efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines.
