Position Summary:The Grants and Restricted Programs Compliance Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance oversight, monitoring, fiscal coordination, reporting, and evaluation of state and federally funded programs, including Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA), Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), and other assigned restricted-funded initiatives.
The Manager ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, grant, audit, and organizational requirements through data analysis, budget oversight, reporting, monitoring activities, stakeholder coordination, and continuous program evaluation.

- Proof of Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, business administration, organizational leadership, or a related field required, or equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and relevant professional experience required.
In addition to the attached, applicants must also meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least four (4) years of successful experience in grant management, program coordination, compliance oversight, accountability, educational programs, or related work within a school district, charter school, adult education program, nonprofit organization, or public sector environment required.
- This position requires regular travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, personal automobile, and proof of insurance required.

Pay: $98,340.00 - $131,784.00 per year
