Job Description:
Richmark is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst Intern to support a critical oil and gas reporting initiative. This role will report directly to the CEO and focus on building a comprehensive financial reporting dashboard across multiple entities, designed to enhance monthly reporting, track historical performance, and inform forward-looking budgeting and decision-making.
This is a hands-on, project-driven role with meaningful exposure to real-world financial data, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and consolidate a financial reporting dashboard across multiple entities
- Aggregate and reconcile data from various internal sources and reporting systems
- Build structured, dynamic Excel models to support monthly reporting and analysis
- Analyze historical performance and assist in developing forward-looking budget insights
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in financial reporting outputs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across accounting and operations
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage large datasets across multiple sources
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
