Location: NY 14527
Pay: $885 – $1,006/week
Hours: 5x7.5hr evening shifts, 37.5 hrs/week; every other weekend & holidays; must attend full-day orientation on Tue or Thu
Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision
Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding
Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms
Monitor resident status, report changes to nurse, and document care per protocol
Support rehabilitative care and resident social/emotional needs
High School Diploma or GED
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)
BLS (AHA or RQI)
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
