How You Will Make an Impact

Execute complex commercial and industrial plumbing installations in strict accordance with blueprints and local codes.
- Manage daily field operations to ensure mechanical projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate with project managers and site superintendents to maintain strict project timelines and material efficiency.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation regarding project progress and quality control standards.
- Resolve real-time technical challenges and logistical issues on site to maximize plumbing system performance.
- Mentor and guide junior apprentices in the field to foster a culture of professional growth and safety.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Active State of Texas Licensed Plumber designation.
- Proven experience executing complex commercial or industrial plumbing work with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and project layouts.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for specific project assignments as required by the business.
- Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing field installations and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the mechanical and HVAC trade.
- Demonstrated experience in mentorship or training junior team members in a field environment.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and specialized federal or government installations.
