CLIENT AMBASSADOR – JOIN THE STRETCHLAB TEAM!

StretchLab is looking for a Client Ambassador who can bring great energy to our studio and help turn new faces into happy, long-term members.
As a Client Ambassador, you’re much more than the person at the front desk. You’re often the first impression of StretchLab — welcoming clients, connecting with prospective members, following up with leads, and helping people discover how assisted stretching can help them move better, feel better, and live better.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, upbeat, and welcoming experience for every person who walks through the door
- Answer calls, texts, and emails from current and prospective clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Connect with new leads and get them excited about trying StretchLab
- Follow up with prospective clients and help them schedule their introductory stretch
- Learn about each client’s goals and recommend the membership option that fits them best
- Confidently present membership options and ask for the sale
- Help the studio achieve membership and sales goals
- Build relationships with members and help create a strong studio community
- Process payments and maintain accurate client information
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized, professional, and inviting
- Assist with local events, community outreach, promotions, and marketing efforts

- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident on the phone and in face-to-face conversations
- Comfortable following up with leads and asking for the sale
- Motivated by goals and excited by the opportunity to earn sales incentives
- Dependable, organized, and able to juggle multiple things at once
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, email, and text messaging
- Positive, professional, and a team player
- Interested in fitness, wellness, mobility, or helping people feel their best
Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or front-desk roles is a plus — but personality, energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
