Job Title: RN for 14 YEAR old Girl with Respiratory failure with Hypercapnia. (In-home Nurse)

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time hours available
Position Overview: We are urgently seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed RN to help provide nursing services to a 14 YEAR OLD girl Trach and Ventilator experience is mandatory . We prefer nurses that have experience in TICU or NICU, as this case will be very similar to those seen in that field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for 14 YEAR OLD GIRL, including tracheostomy management (cleaning, suctioning, and ensuring proper function).
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor respiratory status and provide appropriate intervention as needed.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed to support the baby’s development.
- Maintain detailed medical records and communicate any changes in condition to the family and healthcare team.
- Ensure comfort and emotional support for the baby during procedures and routine care.
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- Experience with trachs and vents is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of respiratory care, including tracheostomy management (suctioning, cleaning, and troubleshooting).
- Ability to monitor and assess vital signs and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- First Aid/CPR certification (required).
- Compassionate, calm, and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills to work closely with the family.
- Willingness to follow detailed care plans and collaborate with the medical team.
