- Base salary of $90,000 to $98,000

Practice Physical Therapy With Greater Intention

What You Will Do
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Identify impairments, movement dysfunctions, and functional limitations
- Create individualized, goal-based plans of care
- Provide skilled outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, patient education, and progressive rehabilitation programming
- Monitor patient response and adjust treatment appropriately
- Track objective progress and functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families throughout the recovery process
- Build strong patient relationships that improve engagement and follow-through
- Collaborate with clinicians who value evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Complete clear, accurate, and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and referral partners
