Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies
- Ability to pre-pack flower as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, such as jewelry, wireless, electronics, or technical sales
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods (preferred but not required)
-Flowhub experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older (as required by state law)
- Current MED Badge
