Job Title: Office Sales Representative (Fluent in English, preferred if fluent in Chinese)

Team Up Movers is a local moving company built on doing right by our customers. Every move starts with a phone call, and the person answering that call sets the tone for the whole experience. That's the role we're hiring for.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers who need moving services
- Ask the right questions to understand each move — size, distance, timeline, special items
- Quote pricing accurately and book jobs on the spot
- Keep our scheduling calendar accurate and up to date so crews and trucks are never double-booked
- Follow up with leads who haven't committed yet
- Handle customer concerns and schedule changes calmly and professionally, and resolve issues before they escalate
- Coordinate with dispatch and moving crews so the details on every booking are correct
- Maintain clear notes in our system for every customer
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English with clear, confident phone communication
- Prior sales experience — inside sales, call center, retail, or service booking all count
- Strong customer service instincts and a genuinely patient, friendly manner
- Conflict resolution skills: able to stay level-headed with a frustrated customer and turn the call around
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with calendars and scheduling
- Comfortable with computers, email, and CRM or scheduling software
- Reliable and punctual — our customers depend on us picking up the phone
- Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement
Schedule
Full-time, in-office. Monday–Friday with some Saturday availability during peak moving season.
