Job Summary We are seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration
projects from start to finish. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with property owners and
insurance adjusters, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to
industry standards.
Responsibilities
● Manage water, fire, mold, storm, and environmental restoration projects.
● Inspect properties, assess damages, and create scopes of work.
● Schedule and oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
● Ensure compliance with safety and IICRC standards.
● Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance reps.
● Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
● Respond to emergency calls.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction project
management.
● IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred.
● Strong leadership and customer service skills.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
● Experience with Xactimate (preferred).
