Our company is currently seeking a Hiring Clerk with general office and HR skills. The ideal candidate has general office knowledge and experience in the following areas:
· Interviewing Applicants and New Hire Paperwork
· HR experience for Filling out forms and walking New hires through Hire on process
· Great Organization Skills & highly developed problem solving skills
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Good time management skills, multitasker and positive work ethic
· Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
· Adaptable to take on projects as needed, supporting the ops team leads
· Must be bilingual English/Spanish
· 1-2 year’s experience in an office setting and team player qualities
· Flexibility to work shifts is a must
