Location: Missouri City (Warehouse)
Schedule: Availability need Monday-Saturdays 35-40 hours weekly
Pay: $13.00/hour
About the Role:
Exclusive Furniture is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm delivery checklist
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance
- Contact customers to confirm delivery dates and times
- Assist customers with warehouse pickups
- Update and complete orders in the system with accurate information
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Proficientcy with Microsoft Office
- Prior customer service or administrative experience (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
