Hours: 7am -4pm Monday thru Friday Overtime available.
Responsibilities:

Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions
-
Repair, reline, replace & adjust brakes
-
Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors

Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined & other potentially troublesome areas
-
Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals & experience
-
Communicate with driver to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems.

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications & tune-ups, DOT Inspections

Complies with all safety, DOT & OSHA guidelines
-
Adhere to company rules & regulations
-
Ensure cleanliness of shop & surrounding areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum three years recent medium/heavy diesel maintenance experience
-
Ensure cleanliness of shop & surrounding areas.

Must have own hand tools
-
Basic computer skills
-
CDL license preferred But not required
-
Good driving record & proven work history

Must be able to work in extreme heat & cold temperatures
