Vireon Consulting is a sales and development firm dedicated to bridging the gap between underserved communities and essential wireless connectivity, and we are seeking an energetic bilingual sales team member. The Bilingual Sales Team Member will also be the person our clients turn to for guidance on affordable wireless options, delivered in the language they're most comfortable with.
As a Bilingual Sales Team Member, you’ll start with training to excel in a sales environment centered on client acquisition and event management. At events and public venues throughout San Diego County, the Bilingual Sales Team Member works with event managers to run promotions, assess requirements, and handle enrollments for affordable mobile solutions.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Sales Team Member
- Initiate friendly sales conversations in person that open the door to exploring affordable mobile solutions, using strong bilingual communication skills.
- Help clients in person identify accessible mobile plans and devices that fit their lifestyle, household needs, and budget.
- Play an active role in sales success by providing in-person sales recommendations during bilingual client interactions.
- Provide clear and encouraging information about affordable mobile options so clients feel fully informed and confident.
- Highlight special offers on accessible mobile plans that deliver both solid performance and real value.
- Assist clients through the entire sales process of selecting and launching affordable mobile solutions in their preferred language, with care and professionalism.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Sales Team Member
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and convert interest into sales.
- Strong interest in sales, client service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning smartphones, mobile solutions, and affordable data plans.
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month
