Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license meeting company motor vehicle standards.

Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse, logistics, fleet, equipment, or related operational experience.

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Education and Experience

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience training or mentoring employees.

Experience in construction, utility, traffic control, transportation, or field service industries.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and fleet management practices.
Physical Requirements

Frequently move, transport, and position materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally move materials exceeding 50 pounds with assistance.

Operate vehicles, trailers, warehouse equipment, machinery, and power tools.

Experience with vehicle and trailer electrical systems and troubleshooting

Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions.

Work in warehouse, outdoor, and field environments.
Environmental Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, precipitation, and wind.

Exposure to noisy environments, moving equipment, and mechanical hazards.

Work in confined or enclosed spaces on occasion.
Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel is required.
