Production Assembler / Finisher - 1st shift - $19-$20/hr plus FULL Benefits upon hire!!
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Production Assembler / Finisher who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with their hands. This is a job-shop environment, so every day can bring something different. The work is interesting, fast-paced, and offers an opportunity to build skills over time.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys building, fixing, tinkering, and figuring out how things work. People with military experience, mechanical hobbies, automotive experience, or a strong DIY background tend to do well in this environment.
What You'll Do
- Assemble, finish, and prepare products according to specifications
- Work with a variety of tools, equipment, materials, and processes
- Read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Troubleshoot problems and determine the best way to complete a job
- Inspect your work for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments and corrections as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team while taking ownership of your work
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills — you need to be able to figure things out
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with your hands and using tools
- Someone who enjoys building, repairing, or tinkering
- Prior military experience is a plus
- Automotive, fabrication, construction, maintenance, or skilled hobby experience is a plus
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Grit and persistence — this has a long learning curve, and you can't give up easily
- Ability to work independently while accepting coaching and feedback
Work Environment
- Physically active — on your feet throughout the day
- Hands-on production work
- Dirty production environment
- Hot in the summer and cold in the winter
- Some jobs may require lifting, bending, reaching, and working in various positions
- Long learning curve — patience and persistence are important

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
